In-person sessions are 90 minutes and may include a combination of energy healing modalities that support deep alignment, remembrance, and integration.

What to Expect:

Each in-person session begins with a brief conversation to connect and clarify your intention. Intentions may include gaining insight into physical discomfort, emotional patterns, or simply exploring energy healing with openness and curiosity.

We’ll begin with a light breathwork practice to help you ground and arrive fully in the space. From there, you’ll rest comfortably on the healing table for approximately 60 minutes while the energy work unfolds.

A crystal grid will be intuitively placed on or around the body, and healing modalities such as Reiki, sound healing, sacred geometry, and shamanic energy medicine are woven together to gently release blockages, repair imbalances, and reconnect you with your higher self.

We close each session with space to share and reflect. Any messages or impressions that arise during the session will be shared, along with guidance from your spirit team to support your integration and next steps.

Remote sessions can be just as effective as in person sessions and can be a good choice for those who are not local tor who have different schedules outside of the times I offer. They can be done either virtually at a scheduled time over Google Meet or Facetime or the healing can be done unscheduled and integrated at a time that works best for you (i.e. while sleeping.) For unscheduled sessions the healing will usually happen within 48hours.

BIO

My name is Kari Rae Seekins, and I live in Portland, Maine, where I offer energy healing sessions rooted in both ancient wisdom and modern vibrational science.

For over 20 years, I’ve worked as a sound designer, exploring how subtle shifts in sonic frequency influence the nervous system, emotions, and consciousness. This deep listening led me into the world of energy medicine, where in 2010 I felt a clear calling to begin formal training and spiritual study.

As a certified healing practitioner, I now weave together modalities such as Reiki, crystal therapy, sound healing, sacred geometry, and shamanic energy medicine to support the release of energetic blockages, repair imbalances, and guide clients into deeper alignment with their higher self.

Each session is both gentle and transformative—designed to meet you where you are, and support your unique path of healing, remembrance, and integration.

I am a certified Usui Reiki Master Teacher Practitioner, a graduate of the Heart Lotus Evolution energy healing training, and have completed multiple courses in shamanic energy medicine, sound healing, and intuitive development.
